I applied for a position at work sometime ago and I was denied it.  During the 21 day fasting period I kept praying and reminding God about the position.

I took a seed (offering) and sent it on an errand that I must get the post if it is the will of God.

I submitted my form and by the end of the fasting I said Lord this is the last day of the fast – show up for me!  I contacted Pst Adebo after explaining the situation he immediately said – You have got the job. 

Brethren an hour after I had spoken to Pastor my employers called me and said I had been given the job.  I asked whether I was to come for the interview and they re-confirmed that an interview was not necessary as they were the ones making the decisions concerning the post.

For favour, for grace, for mercy and for hearing me, I give God thanks.

The Hand of God

My daughter had to travel a while ago and left my grandson with me.  Before she went on her trip I told her that on her return she must come with me to church.  She agreed.  However when I reminded her on her return she said that she was too tired to go with me.  So I came along to church with my grandson.  A short while after we got to church my mobile phone rang.  It was my daughter explaining that she had accidentally spilt hot water on herself.  I was quite annoyed because I knew that it was her refusal to come to church that had brought this upon her.  I sternly told her to call the ambulance and I would see her when service ended.  I want to thank God that she only had first degree burns that will heal with time.

I thank God for having mercy upon me and my daughter.

The Lord Touched Me

I was feeling very unwell last week with cramps and pains over my legs.  I struggled, determined to come to church whatever it cost me. Pastor Adebo prayed for me that evening and from that day all the symptoms disappeard.

Power Released Through Praise

After the All Night Choir concert tagged “Jambolani” God spoke to me saying that after praise “Power is Released”.  I immediately started asking God to give me the power of direction as I wanted to move from my present residence to somewhere with more space.

I started searching for properties encountering dubious estate agents and shylock landlords along the way.  I was getting very frustrated with the way things are going and went in desperation to my God and cried out to Him.  I said that He gave me the signal to move so I should not be encountering all these problems.

God asked me to take a piece of paper and write my request on it.  Then He asked me to breathe over the request.  To cut a very long story short I now have a more than suitable property.  Although the devil still tried to topple me God gave me victory.  On the day I got the key from the landlord I went to the place to start moving in and came across another tenant who had moved stuff in.  The man said he had paid the Estate Agent, I said I had been given the key by the landlord and that settled the matter.

God is truly faithful and I have every cause to uplift and honour Him.

He gave me life again

I thank the Pastor and his wife who took time out to visit me in the hospital .They prayed for me when I underwent my  operation for the fourth time. The operation that was supposed to be 3 days became 10 days because my system shut down. The doctors suggested another operation if my bowels refuse to open but God took control, He place life into me. It was a terrible time and experience for me when my body could not function on its own,  because had to rely on tubes and various hospital equipments. The pastor declared my recovery and I am getting better.  We should be thankful to God for good health . Since I am not a member of this church, I came to testify to the Glory of God before my return to work.

Towards the end of the fasting period I suddenly fell ill but I was determined to continue the fasting to the very end.  I give God praise for the strength he gave e to complete the fasting.

During the fasting I asked God to help me to strengthen my prayer life and teach me how to approach Him in prayer.  Astonishingly this has come to pass and I give Him due glory and praise.

When we were asked to give our first fruits, my husband asked me to drop the last finances I had in my possession.  I thought I had mis-heard him as our finances were very low and we had no food in the house with three small children.  My husband said that whatever we have in our hand was not enough to meet our needs anyway.  I went to the cash point weeping but drew all the cash in it.

On my way back someone who had been owing me money paid me my money, albeit a small amount.  As soon as I returned home my husband informed me that a family friend had asked him to come and do something for him.  As there was no money for a bus pass I gave him the little money I had just been given so he could get to the friend’s place.

Low and behold God was waiting there.  As soon as my husband had finished and was ready to return home he was given £1,000.

The God I serve is truly awesome.

Last Tuesday I was in terrible pain on my way to church.  When I got to church Our Daddy in the House prayed for me and I felt a bit better.  On my way home I suffered another attack on my legs.  I could hardly move them and I began to plead the blood of Jesus Christ.  I managed to make it to the bus stop and get home.  Brethren, by the next morning to the glory of God my symptoms had all disappeared and I want to give God all the glory. God has also healed me of long term back pain.

I am here with a heart of thanksgiving to give God quality praise and thanks.  The Lord has added a new year to my life .  Not only that but God has given me a place to call home in this church.  God has granted me peace, love and favour in this place and I thank Him with the whole of my heart.  I am also thanking God for all his protection and mercy over my life.

The Word Came to Pass

As Pastor Mrs Adebo was preaching on Friday she spoke some words concerning praise.  I praised the Lord as never before on that night and God showed up for me,  I dreamt of something that I have been believing God for.  I bless God for His Word that abounds in this church and for the way He is using leadership of this church.

Mercy Said No

After my wife had our beautiful baby boy about four months ago.  She developed a condition that was making her lose weight.  She began to appear fragile and this was very worrying.  She even had to stop breast-feeding after she got the diagnosis from the GP,

To God be all the glory, we believed God He showed us Mercy and the result of the last set of tests at the hospital showed vast improvement in her state of health.  I give God the praise and thanks.

I came to the Christmas Service on 24^th December with a terrible pain in my shoulder.  I complained about this to Pst Adebo who prayed for me.  On returning home I used some water that had previously been prayed on for a ministration in the church and lo and behold I have been relieved of every pain.

Man Steps Out Jesus Steps In

People of God I am blessing the Lord for preserving me and adding another year to my life.  Most of all I want to thank Him for all the help He has rendered to me.

My ex-son-in –law sent me a bill of thousands for the help he gave me in paying for some of my son’s medical bills.  I am unable to pay this some back but God raised up someone else who dedicatedly pays these bills  on my behalf.

I want to thank Jesus for stepping in to my situation.

I am truly blessed.

Health Restored

In the last week of the fast I suddenly began to have challenges with my health to the extent that I could not attend some of the services.  I spoke about this to Pastor Adebo who prayed for me and to the glory of God I am now back to experiencing Divine Health.

God Gave us an Escape Route from Fire

Last week we were alerted that there was a fire in the block of flats where we live.  I had to make two trips up ten flights of stairs to ensure that my family and some immediate essentials were secured.  To the glory of God everything is now back to normal and no member of my family was harmed.

By His Grace I am Healed

I have had a health condition for a while.  This has necessitated long stays in hospital.  But God has shown me mercy and favour, He has not only spared my life but he has healed me totally.

A Thousand Tongues is not enough to say thank you Jesus for saving my life.

Last year Pastor Adebo preached on Divine Arrears.  After hearing the teaching I began to beseech God to bring to pass all the things I had been expecting from Him.  To the Glory of God these have all come to pass today.

The second part of my testimony goes thus:  My sister had been asking for a loan from her company.  The company could well afford it but were dragging its feet.  She needed a loan to buy a house.  I prayed and sought God on behalf of my sister and Heaven heard my prayers.  She has also taken possession of a brand new car which she did not have to pay for as the company who sourced the car said she should have been entitled to it in the first instance.

I Give My God all the glory and the praise In Jesus Name.

There is power emanating from this Altar and the Word of God is truly mighty in this ministry.

Throughout 2011

I Give God all the glory for the safe delivery of my sister’s baby.  She was in labour for 3 days and everyone was becoming very worried.  I called on Pastor Adebo who prayed and declared that she would give birth before midnight of the said day.  Behold that Word manifested and my sister delivered safely.

I am standing here to give glory to God for this year has ended better than the previous year.  I was favoured with a contract job, albeit a short one.  After a short period on the job I had to attend to my sister who had health challenges.  I feared that this could affect the job but to the glory of God I was able to complete my job, my sister has been discharged from hospital and I just want to thank God for his mercy and faithfulness in my life.

I also want to thank God for the marvellous work He is doing in the outreach department of which I am a member.

Praise the Lord

The enemy made so many attempts to make me miserable this year.  But to the glory of God I have been encouraged in God and by the leadership of this church and I have come to give God praise for his faithfulness towards me and my family.

The Word is truly in this House.  Pastor had been asking us to pray against outbreak of fire in some previous services.  I got a call from my son last week.  I had not heard from him in a while due to his busy schedule of work.  He informed me that someone threw something  that set fire to his rubbish bin while he was asleep  inside.  To the glory of God neighbours banged on his door, the fire was put out.  And my God has taken glory for His preservation of my son.

I was going to put my Christmas on hold as my finances were at a low ebb.  I desperately needed a new computer as the one I had was really old, outdated and giving problems.

But lo and behold my God had already answered my prayers and a surprise gift showed up for me in the form of a brand new computer.  It was also set up for me.  I give my God all the praise and glory for this special Xmas Gift.

Coming in January 2012!!!

I am standing here to give a testimony of the faithfulness and mercy of the God we serve in this house.

After I got married I suffered two miscarriages.  There was a lot of pain and hurt.  But God has taken away my shame, my hurt and caused me to laugh.

He gave me a beautiful baby boy.  To God be the glory for ever and ever. Amen

I want to glorify God for the miracle of healing.  For sometime I have had a growth in my right ear which has been causing me severe pain.  On the day I was to attend Prayer Team meeting I was in such pain that I almost stayed home.  I eventually forced myself to attend.  I sat in pain until Mama saw me and called for another member to pray along for me. Lo and behold by the time I woke up the following morning the growth had burst and the pain had dissappeared completely.

Forget Not All His Benefits

Today marks three years since the Lord brought me out of great challenges.  I describe it as my sojourn inEgyptbecause it was really tough.  But I want to thank God for all His mercies towards me because He has continued to advance and progress not only myself but also my children.

The Word Uprooted the Growth in my Abdomen

Last week I woke up to discover a growth in my abdomen that I knew was not there before I went to bed.

I fired arrows into the air and declared that it should return to sender.  Despite the pain I attended Wednesday Service and at the Friday Service Pastor declared that someone had a pain in the stomach and God was going to heal that person.  Lo and behold I am now totally delivered.  The growth has returned to the enemy’s camp and I am free from pain.
