Awesome Deliverance From Prostate Cancer.

In November 2009, I was diagnosed with enlarged prostate gland. I was given a catheter.From then I continued to suffer persistent pain below my navel area which caused me to empty my bladder more often than normal. I did a series of urine test as the operation could not be done without clearing the trace of urine infection.

During the service of Friday, 13/8/10 I held on to the Pastor’s emphasis on health drawn from Deuteronomy 1:11 followed by his instruction that everybody should pray at home after the service that night between 1.00 and 3.00am. I got home, had some light food, set my alarm at 1.00am and went to sleep.

I got up, did my prayer for less than 30minutes claiming healing and went back to sleep .

Before 2.30am, I suffered a very, very sharp pain below my navel area which made me jump up. The next thing I heard in my spirit was ‘Run To The Toilet’. I obeyed and as I positioned my self to empty my bladder under pressure, the whole catheter with a force popped out, and I trembled in fear and amazement.

The devil ministered to me saying ‘so late in the night how do you get to the hospital for a replacement catheter, you are in trouble’. I ignored this rough message and held on to the healing power of God – and realised that all the pain had gone and from thence I have been emptying my bladder normally without a catheter.

Note too that my cousin and a relation in the US had agreed to pay for my flight to Nigeria for the surgical operation and also that a senior cousin in Nigeria promised to bear the cost of the operation, but my wife agreed with me to put everything on hold as I thought of my responsibilities at the Altar. Little did we know God had a healing plan for me.

God did it and the devil suffered a devastating and demolishing blow from the Holy Spirit – I am healed beyond medical explanation. Today I feel new.

A New Lease of Life

I am standing in the presence of God’s people to give thanks and praise. At the beginning of this year it seemed that there was no way out of the problems I was facing with my marriage which has now been dissolved.

I thank God because He has given me a new lease of life – A new job, new confidence. He has made a way for me in places where I never thought it was possible.

I thank God for the Father of the House, Pastor Adebo and thank God for making me a part of this Recovery Mission.

Thanksgiving for God’s Faithfulness & Grace

I am thanking God for his faithfulness towards me and my family. Last Christmas was a sad time for us. I lost my father and this caused a lot of stress for me financially and otherwise.

God showed up for me and I was able to complete a project that had become a major issue over 17 years. Even my fathers’ final resting place became a place of contention in the family. But God proved himself faithful and everything was resolved. I am also thanking God for Five Years of marital bliss.

God has been taking me to glorious house since I came to Recovery Chapel and I give God all the glory and Praise. Amen

Thanksgiving

I thank God for his divine agenda upon my life – this agenda brought me to Recovery Chapel. I am thanking God today for the way God has been speaking to me through Pastor Adebo and Pastor Mrs Adebo. I give God praise for their lives.

I am thanking God also for the various encounters I experienced in the Winter Bible School 2009. I am thanking Him also for deliverance and protection from various calamities within my family.

Thanksgiving

My Jesus is faithfuly, My God is awesome.

God preserved my father from an accident that could have been fatal 3 days before his 78th Birthday. He escaped with only a cut to his finger. Thank you Lord.

Also a few Sundays ago Pastor Femi prohetically announced during prayers that someone was going to receive an envelope. I claimed this as I had made a claim in respect of my son.

To the glory of God the envelop recently arrived, on 17th December to be precise.

TESTIMONIES FOR SUNDAY 1ST NOVEMBER, 2009

I am a personal trainer by profession. People mostly train in the summer months so I find myself being out of job towards the winter season. I have struggled for a while but God has seen me through all my challenges. When I dance in church to the amazement of some of the other members – I am expressing my gratitude to God.

To the glory of my God who is ever faithful favour has poured in from unexpected places to help in the financing of my daughter’s forthcoming wedding. I am so blessed that I have actually visited a car showroom to buy a car of my choice.

My God is awesome.

Juggling work and home were my biggest fears at the onset but God encouraged me to participate in the school. I am exalting my God today for the grace of completion. And for taking me to new levels spiritually.

I came to this country a few years ago for private medical treatment for my son. The bills have been extremely high – I look back now and wonder how I managed to cope with the stress. But God has been more than faithful – every bill has been paid and every need met. I am also thanking God for healing. When my son was born he was partially paralysed and I had to carry him on my arm. Due to the stress on the arm I became immobilised and could not use it properly. During the Bible School Pastor announced that there was someone who God was touching with healing in her arm. I knew straight away that I was the one and I received my healing.

I am worshipping and thanking God today because I celebrated my birthday last Tuesday. My siblings all died prematurely one was older than me and the other was younger. But to the glory of God and the teachings I have been receiving since joining this church I have passed both their ages and I know that I will live a full life.

I had recently been having dreams depicting death. I began to become more afraid when even my parents were having the same dreams about me. I went to see Pastor Adebo who prayed with me and gave me some scriptures. He also instructed me to fast and to pray in the night to overcome.

I fasted for 3 days and prayed every three hours. To the glory of God every ailment that would have taken my life has vanished and I am standing to the glory of God testifying that I am celebrating my birthday. A birthday that the enemy was determined I will not see.

TESTIMONIES FOR SUNDAY 13TH SEPTEMBER, 2009

UNCOMMON FAVOR

I am giving this testimony on behalf of my daughter. I am thanking the LORD for an uncommon favour. My daughter applied for job position as a Resident Warden at her University. The interview panel were so pleased with her performance during the interview that a member of the panel came after her immediately after the interview and asked her if she will be interested in the senior position

She is now a Resident Officer on a Salary only GOD could have given her. I have taught my children to always pay their tithe and give sacrificial offerings….This is a proof that GOD words is true. Thank you JESUS.

GOD’S GOODNESS

I am thanking the LORD for His mercy. Few days ago I was on my way to an official meeting. I entered a train en route to embankment station but mistakenly I got off at Canning Town Station. It was when I got off and the train had moved off that it occurred to me that I had left my hand bag on the train. My Handbag contained important documents, my banks cards and all other important items that if it ever entered into the wrong hands will prove detrimental to me.

I went to the counter at the train station at Canning Town to lodge a missing handbag complaint while at the same time I was praying in my heart, but to God be the Glory, the Handbag was later found on the same Train at Embankment Station. I was immediately informed and asked to come to embankment to collect My Handbag. I am returning the Glory back to God that He made it possible for me to get my Handbag back with all the contents intact and again, the personnel I complained to, were able to acts immediately.

HEALED FROM A SEVERE PAIN ON MY LEFT LEG

I am thanking the LORD for healing me of a severe pain on my left leg. I was scheduled for an important meeting the next day at my office. But around 2.00am in the morning, I experienced a sharp pain on my left leg immediately I came back home from church after the decorating team finished decorating the sanctuary for the service the next day. The pain was so severe that if it is left unchecked, I will not be at work for my scheduled meeting that morning.

My husband and I prayed, applied anointing oil on my Left leg. I am thanking the LORD that I was able to sleep and when I woke up in the morning, the pain was gone and I was able to meet up with the appointment I had that morning

I am thanking the LORD for His favour over my Life and my Family. My Niece was offered scholarship worth £200,000

A business opportunity was opened to me with all the finances ranging into millions of pounds to enter into business with. All provided for with people I had an issue with, who called police for me on one occasion, Her daughter who was diagnosed with cancer was healed when a friend asked me to come and prayed for her. I didn’t know who she was initially, but later I found out who she was .Now there is peace between myself and the family that even the mother calls me her son. I really thank the LORD for His favour over my life and the Doors of opportunity open unto me

God Saved My Apartment from Destruction

My family and I left home for church last Sunday not knowing that my wife had left a pot of food cooking in the kitchen.

We had been in church for over two hours when my wife ran out to say she had just remembered that she had left the cooker on.

I rushed home from church to find the Fire Brigade already there. A neighbour noticed smoke coming from my apartment into the corridor and called the Fire Services. To the Glory of the Most High God my apartment was not damaged. The only damage was the door which the Fire Brigade had kicked in to gain access to the apartment.

Even the cooking pot can still be used. God is truly faithful.

High Blood Pressure Destroyed

I had been feeling quite unwell for a while. My boss at work had noticed and exclaimed that I was not looking well and should leave work to sort myself out. I paid a visit to my GP who took my blood pressure and immediately took me in her car to the Accident & Emergency. The BP was so high that it could have induced a stroke. When we got to the hospital all manner of tests were carried out and to the glory of God when the results came back they said I was perfectly all right and all tests proved negative. My GP however prescribed me some medication which I knew could be detrimental to me especially as I am still young and expecting to have a family of my own, she also said that I may need to take them on a regular basis for life. I told her that I would not be taking the medication because I know that my God has healed me. She responded with “oh are you one of them”. To which I replied “yes, I am a Christian”. She then agreed just to increase the dose of my current medication. Today I stand before God’s people to thank Him for His mercy and for sparing my life. Praise The Lord.

Divine Touch

For the last five years I have been experiencing extreme discomfort in my left eye. The eye gave me the feeling that there are dislodged pieces floating about which moved constantly. No kind of treatment seemed to ease the problem. But in this Appointed Place the Lord spoke through His servant Pastor Adebo who declared that God was about to heal someone who had an eye problem. The Pastor had declared a 3-day fasting period. During this period I had asked God to heal me. I was asked to step to the front. Pastor Adebo prayed for me and I received my healing by faith. The next morning I was reading and suddenly noticed that the floating sensation had disappeared. It was my turn for a touch that night and yes, The Lord healed me. Thank you, Jesus.

My Son called me “Mom” For the First Time

My son was born ten years ago. I noticed he was not talking when it was time for him to start talking. I took him to the doctor who diagnosed him as being autistic. I have for years struggled with the stress of bringing up an autistic child. I have prayed continuously and fasted. It got to a point at times when I felt that maybe heaven has forgotten me – until today.

I had a dream in the early hours of the morning. In that dream my son approached me and started talking to me. I told him to repeat what he had said and he did. In the same dream I got up and started running along the road, telling everyone I met that they should praise God along with me that God has healed my son.

After I awoke I started thanking God. My son was not at home because he had spent a few days with my sister. My sister dropped him off at the house on her way to the church she attends. I noticed that my son was quite calm and obedient. Usually I struggle to get him to obey simple instructions. As I drove towards the church I heard him say “mom”. I thought I was hearing things. I almost had an accident. I quickly parked the car in a safe place and asked him to repeat the word he did. Today I am jumping for joy for “He has made me glad”. To God be all the Glory and Praise.

I have Overcome

I am the first child of my father. And where I come from the first born is always expected to be a trail-blazer. In other words, setting a high standard for siblings to follow. My dad is aged and I know that his desire has always been to see me settling down and giving him grandchildren. I had always been prophesying to myself that one day I will make him happy concerning me. A few years ago I met someone and marriage plans were put in place. But the plans were marred as my brother died. This devastated the family. To the Glory of God I have just returned from Nigeria as a Newly Married woman. I would like to say a big Thank You Jesus. I also want to express my deep appreciation to Pastor Adebo for his prayers and encouragement. He is truly a servant of God and has always offered me moral support.

I Have Been Made Whole

I had just arrived from Abuja in Nigeria. I came straight to church from the airport for the Tuesday evening service. During the course of the service the servant of God Pastor Adebo said that God was at that moment showing him that there was a woman present who had an arm that was giving her extreme problems and that God was going to heal her in the service. I jumped on my feet. I was involved in an accident about five years ago and injured my arm. The arm was so bad that I had to have surgery. The problem was still not fixed. For years I have been paralysed in the arm and cannot lift it to do anything. But to the glory of God after Pastor prayed for me I have been totally healed.

God Has Preserved Me

I am here to thank God for His preservation and protection over my life. Despite all the enemy has thrown my way he has preserved me and added another year to my life. Thank you Jesus.

Two-Fold Favour

The Lord has truly blessed me. In the first instance I passed my exams with flying colours and am so happy that I am getting into the University of my choice. I had applied for a job but was a little doubtful if I would be able to get it. I keyed into Pastor Adebo’s sermon regarding the fourth dimension (calling forth your blessings). As I waited outside for the panel to come to a decision I began to fervently call forth a good result of my interview and to God be the glory I was given the job.

Divine Healing

I attended this church for the first time on the Praise Power Nite last week. The presence of God was palpable in the auditorium. The Pastor asked us all to be prepared for an encounter with heaven. I have been unable to raise my right hand for three years. I have had a series of tests to no avail. God however visited me at that service. Look at me now I can raise my hands up for the first time in three years. Thank you Jesus.

My joy is full today as I stand in the presence of God’s people. I had to take my son back home to Nigeria when I could no longer cope with his behaviour. The system here had given up on him and considered him a lost cause. But my God has proved them all wrong. I have been receiving reports of his all-round improvement. To my amazement my son has just passed his WAEC (GCSE) in flying colours. I cannot thank God enough.

God’s Blessing of Open Doors and Opportunity

Over the past months I have been attending court over a very challenging and complex case which has lasted for some years.

I went to our Father in the house, Pastor Adebo who prayed with me and declared an all-round victory for me. To the glory of God I won the first round of the court case.

To God’s greater glory I have now gained victory in the second court case. God has been so good to me. I have not only gained a mammoth victory in court but God has also opened doors of business opportunities and has shown me great favour. I give God all the glory In Jesus Name.

Awesome God

I am here to testify to the awesomeness, faithfulness and mercy of God. My father came to visit myself and the family here in the UK. It has been my father’s wish to travel outside the country for a long time – but one obstacle after another prevented this. God however opened the heavens and this visit is one we will not forget in a long time.

I brought my Dad to see the Pastor as my family has had concerns over my brother who lives in the United States and has not made contact with any of the family for over ten years.

Pastor Adebo decreed there and then that we will hear from him in 24 hours. Lo and behold before the end of the same day in which Pastor decreed. He made contact. This is truly the place of Recovery of Destinies. I give God every praise.

I have been through so much in my life in the past year that if it were not for God, I would have been gone from this world.

God’s Miraculous Intervention

This week, I had been billed for eviction from my house. I however believed God and his prophet, our father in the house that in this month of Supernatural Manifestation God shall intervene on my behalf. I give glory to God that the case was judged in my favour. I have maintained my property.

God also intervened on my behalf in the case of a shop I had mortgaged for someone who used to be very close to me. It looked as if my investment was lost but God stepped in and I have now secured the property. Thank you Jesus

The Healing Power of the Balm of Gilead

I have been suffering from Fibroids for quite a while. They had become so big that my GP had to refer me to a Consultant. The decision was taken to operate on me. In brief – they wanted to perform a hysterectomy (removal of the womb). I am a young woman not yet married – The devil is a liar.

My aunt took me to see the Man of God – Pastor Adebo. Pastor prayed with me and gave me some scriptures. He also gave me some anointing oil and said I should be taking spoonfuls of it at intervals and be declaring God’s word with the scriptures. This I did.

On the day of the operation – this was 2 days later. I was prepared for theatre. Just before they wheeled me in, the Consultant attended to me. Without a word he left. Sometime later he came back with some other Doctors who said that something amazing has happened. The fibroids had shrunk and become so little that it would be a waste of time to operate. They told me to get dressed and go home. I am here to testify in the presence of God’s people that JESUS IS ALIVE. This church is truly a place of recovery – Jesus is Lord!

TESTIMONIES

On 24 April 2009, I had an Ultrasound (scan) done at Homerton Hospital on done on my womb/pelvis due to excessive ovulation pain, period pain and heavy bleeding for the last 3 years which had gotten so bad that when I had my period which sometimes lasted up to 8 days (my period used to be 3 days and virtually painless!).  Now, I had to change up to 6 times a day before I went to bed and this was with ‘super’ sanitary pads!  The ultrasound revealed that I had ‘Fibroids’!  This was news to me because no woman on both sides of my family ever had fibroids!  All sorts of things ran through my head but I rejected them!

About 3 weeks later (May 09), my secondary school best friend Stella Tomomewo (Pastor Mike Tomomemo’s wife & Co-Pastor of their church) was in town from Nigeria and she preached that Sunday.  After the service ended, she went off to minister to the people that wanted to see her.  So, I waited for the next opportunity to pop in and wish her well.  While waiting, Pastor Adebo Tomomewo (Snr. Pastor – Recovery Chapel) came round to where I and some other people were waiting/chatting and I felt an urge to tell him my situation which I now believe was the Holy Spirit nudging me to speak to him.

I went to him told him my health situation and he prayed with me, cursed the root and source of the fibroids and immediately, I began to feel the swelling in my womb/pelvis area start shrink!  I’ve had another menstrual cycle this month and it was fine!

I truly give God all the Glory and all the Praise for His mercy towards me.

I’m part of a Christian Music Group called Secret Place Ministry led by Judith Bennett-Hernandez.

On Friday 12 June 2009, we were invited to minister at Recovery Chapel’s 2nd Anniversary Convention and the theme for that meeting was ‘Miracles, Signs & Wonders’.  Unknown to anyone except Judith, my right breast’s nipple had been operated on in July 2004 at Homerton Hospital but after the operation, I started having intermittent shafts of pain in my right breast almost everyday! On Friday 12, later on during the service, I started having these shafts of pains again and as usual I would stylishly fix myself to ease the pain.

After the Word from Pastor Mike Tomomewo (Nigeria), he called out for people with various pains/hurts and then specifically mentioned someone with a pain in her breast and described it.  I whispered to my friend/Big sister on my left, I get intermittent pains in my right and she said, ‘GO’!  So I went, we were prayed for and then asked to check ourselves, I felt a burning sensation in area where I would usually have the pain.  I was healed from that very moment!

It’s been over 30 hours; I have not had a twinge!

To God, be all the glory!  I am healed!!

God’s Intervention

My son was a torment on my life due to bad company of friend,  he stopped going to school,  there was nothing I could tell him he would listen to, he was involved in all sorts of theft and was always in trouble with the police, the situation got so bad that when the police asked him what his problem was he just said that he hated to live with me and preferred to live on the streets; he was so problematic  that even the Social Service didn’t want to take him in their care.  Through consistent prayer by our pastor the boy has finally travelled back to Nigeria.  I speak to him everyday on  the phone, I even spoke to him today before service; he said  he is so happy with the environment there and  tells me enjoys living there.  I just want to thank God for answered prayer.

I had a divine visitation after the Sunday service.  I had a dream seeing myself inside a cage and a man in a white robe came to loose me and the same man broke the chain which was tied in my waist; this man gave me the scripture in Psalms 102 and I have since been enjoying the visit of the Holy’spirit.

Healing

I came to church yesterday with a bad headache and a pain in my right leg which has been there for two days.

At the Communion Service-table, the word of God came, that someone is healed of pain in the right  leg.

I received it and immediately and began to exercise the leg.   As I got home, the healing was perfect.

I thank God I am healed of all the pains.

GOD’S DIVINE FAVOUR AND DIVINE INTERVENTION

My name is Bro G.and I would like you to glorify the name of our Lord Jesus Christ with me for His showers of love and mercies for me and my family everyday.

I would  like to focus my testimony on two particular grace I have enjoyed last week and couple of weeks ago.

The first relates to a challenge for me some weeks back which I presented to the Lord for His Divine intervention.  I was initially applying my own knowledge to resolve the problem and I made up my mind to approach two close friends I felt could help me out but the first person I was to approach suddenly became unavailable ad when I contacted the second person, his opening line to me before I said anything was to tell me he had a problem which was on the same thing I was just about to ask help for.  That meant  I could not even tell him of my own problem.

I realised at that point that I must turn to the Rock.  Psalm 121 became my song and I said to the Lord that “I am now at the shore of my red sea, please meet me and open the sea for me to get through safely to the other side.  I then had a dream and was instructed to go to a particular place for my help.  I followed the instruction and true to form I was welcomed with open arms with full intention to solve the problem for me.  When I sat down with them and we both analysed the magnitude of the challenge, I came to realise that the problem was almost 20 times greater than I had thought it was.  Nonetheless, they still wanted to help but the process was going to take 3 weeks and I needed resolution within a week before things got out of hand.

I remembered Pastor’s teaching on the Sunday of that week of how Jesus went to rescue His disciples on their troubled boat on the fourth hour and that if we observe that prayer time in times of need Jesus will equally respond to us.  So I stayed up and prayed to the Lord on the fourth hour then went to bed.

In the morning, which was also the day after my meeting I received a surprise call from another institution that did not know anything about my urgent need to say that according to their records such and such a facility had been assigned to me with immediate effect.  I actually said to the caller that I did not have much trust on their services and that it was only the day before I had approached another respectable company for such service, but he said why don’t you try us?

To cut my story short within 3 days this company that came out of the blues resolved the problem for me and far better than the proposal from the other company.

I have no doubt that this was our Lord Jesus at work just when my own approach failed me.

My second testimony was  an event from last Tuesday 7th through to last Friday 9th May.

I was head hunted for a senior secondment appointment from our Department to another within my organisation about 5 years ago.  Although it is unusually a long time for a secondment but I was never confirmed on the post so my substantive post remained within my old service area.  As a result of reorganisation, all the posts in the old service area were deleted and everyone had to either sign up for redundancy or go on the redeployment register.  I made a case to our Human Resources that neither of these options were applicable to me as I was on secondment to a required post.

To cut my story short again, I received a call on Tuesday 6th May at about 2:40 pm to report to my old department for a job interview the following day at 10:30 am.  I called Pastor Adebo to tell him but he told me to go because it is in our weakness that God’s glory comes to light.

With such an extreme short notice there was no time to prepare myself so needless to say the interview was unsuccessful. But I became worried as I could technically be made redundant so as soon as I came out of the interview I knew that it was hopeless and called Pastor Adebo again to inform him.  He told me not to worry for a thing but to start giving thanks to the Lord.  I followed his advice and was giving thanks.  To make it easy I convinced myself that the job wasn’t good for me which was why God did not allow it.

The following day on Thursday, my line manager called me to discuss some optional matters then at the end told me to ignore all that had happened with the interview at my old department the day before and that he would get back to me the next day.

At about 11:30 on Friday 9th, my manager called me again.  This time, he apologised for the way I was treated being called for interview at such short notice and for failure within my new department in not confirming my post before.  He said I was no longer on secondment and that the Human Resources have been instructed to write to me immediately to confirm my appointment as Service manager.  So instead of me receiving letter of redundancy I will be receiving a letter to confirm my appointment.

Sorry for the long story but I like you to please Glorify the Lord with me, He is truly a wonderful God.  He certainly broke the gate, cut the barriers and gave me my treasure.  I give Him the Glory.

GOD’S INTERVENTION/PRESERVATION

On Monday 13th May 2008, I had an encounter with God with a burning desire to pray.  After praying that day, I knew something had been taken care of spiritually i.e. a mountain has been removed.

On Saturday 17th 17/5/08, I sacrificed my time to attending a choir practice.  And I made a request to God to open a book of remembrance for me and preserve me on the day of evil.

On Monday 19.5.08, I received a phone call from my bank fraud prevention unit.  The fraud prevention officer informed me that several fraudulent attempts had been made y someone in Italy to withdraw money from my bank account.  The officer informed me that my bank  intervened and blocked the fraudster access into my bank account.

I thank God for preventing the identity theft and rebuking the devourer in my finances.

PRODUCT OF GOD’S MECY

On the  28th May 2008 was my birthday.  As  I was praying on the 1st of May, God told me, it was  the month of Mercy and even gave me a scripture to back it.  On Friday in our family alter, my husband was saying, we should thank God for his mercies.

On Friday during the Power and Praise Night as our daddy was preaching on the mercy of God, it was as if God asked daddy to switch the video of my life how he has been keeping me.  His deliverance favour and so many things.  I just thank God for his mercies.

DIVINE INTERVENTION

Today is my sister’s birthday and I want to thank God  for all he is doing in my life and family for good health, protection and abundance of grace.  I thank God.

Throughout last week my prayer has been on Psalms 102:13 asking God to have favour on me for his mercy’s sake and come Friday our daddy in he Lord preached on “the power of God’s mercy”, oh was I excited!  And daddy asked us to dance to access the ark of mercy and I danced like never before, jumping and celebrating and one of the prophesies that came through was that some of us will share testimonies of financial favour obtained via mercy and just as service ended God touched the heart  of one of our mothers in the house who placed an envelope in my hands containing £500 oh how great I felt because it saved me from an embossing situation as my rent  is due today and I didn’t know how I was going to pay it, but “Mercy said No” to any embarrassment.  I thank God for divine intervention and I thank our daddy in the house for being obedient to the heavenly mandate.  Glory to God.

I was expecting a breakthrough, when I received the information, something delayed its manifestation.  I decided to do something for God by sharing the handbills before I went out on Monday.  In the evening I came for the workers meeting.  After the Convention prayer, I asked God for two things, instead of one thing pastor asked us to ask for.  To my surprise God answered one of my prayer requests on Tuesday.  I want to thank God for His faithfulness, he showed up when I was about to give  up.

I want to thank God for journey mercies to and from Nigeria,

During my visit to Nigeria I was divinely connected to people of very high esteem i.e. bank managers and I know it is hand of God.  It is my turn because God has turned my way to favour me.

AMAZING GRACE – FOR HIS BENEFIT THAT WE ENJOY

I am thanking the Lord for His amazing grace upon my life.

I want to thank God for my daughter’s successful trip to and from Nigeria.

I told God I didn’t want to be a bench warmer and wanted to do something in His house.

One morning the Holy Spirit instructed me to take all the handbills I could find in the house and gathered them all in one pile.  My grandson at that point woke up and was asking me what I wanted to do with those handbills that early and asked me where  I was going because my daughter told them I was not allowed to go out of the house before 7am!  I told him I wanted to go to Canada Water Station to distribute handbills .  At that point he started laughing at me saying, who would listen to me at my age; to the point where when we reached the station my grandsons stood afar from me.   To the glory God I positioned myself at Canada Water Station and as people where coming and going out of the station I distributed all the handbills to everyone I had contact with.

I also want to thank God for strength to attend the convention despite all challenges.

THE LORD MY HEALER

On Thursday 26th June 2008 I came to service with a strange pain on the right side of my abdomen.  As the man of God was busy ministering to the brother with the blind eye, I stood behind to hold him from falling, the power of God flowed through the brother and hit me, causing the strange pain to die.

Deliverance from Immigration Deportation Camp

My brother was arrested in December 2007, charged and convicted for breaking UK’s immigration Laws. He was sentenced to six months imprisonment out of which he was to spend three months.  But at the end of three months, instead of releasing him, he was taken to a deportation camp.  We have been praying ever since his arrest but the God of the Breakthru has set my brother free from the deportation camp and he testifies that the chances of coming out of that camp is less than 10%.  To God be all the glory.

GOD CANNOT LIE

From  2003, I have been trying to apply for settlement visa for my husband to join me here in the U.K, each time he was denied for various reasons one that topped the list was that I was not married to him and we would not live together.

In 2006 I appealed against the decision of the Judge, but was denied the appeal.   My solicitor lodged in an application on the grounds that the Judge had erred at Law.  In February 2008, I went back to court and that morning God had given me a scripture Isaiah 55:10-12.  I knew God had given me victory.  The Judge reserved his determination again.  On July 21 I went back to court for the mater to be heard from scratch.  I said to God during the hearing that His name was at stake and that I would not walk out without my desire.  Within 10 days we got the answer from the Judge and he allowed the appeal.  I thank Him mostly for his sufficient grace, mercy and peace during this long journey and honour to daddy for his prayers and support.

DIVINE FAVOUR AND HEALING OF BREAST CANCER SCARE

I want to thank God for my first daughter who got married in July.  I also thank God for adding another year to my list end of last month.  Thirdly during this period that I am at Bible School  I noticed that I had a lump on my breast which my children especially were more worried and insisted that I got it checked.  I went to see the doctor who carried out various intensive tests because he convinced himself the lump was cancerous; he said the results would be ready in a week’s time.  In the meantime Pastor and Mama prayed for me and stood with me to believe God for my healing and told me to keep thanking God everyday that “I was healed”.  To the glory of God when I went to collect my results the tests were negative.  I want to thank God for His healing virtues and to return all the glory to His name for His Mercies which endure for ever!

Praise be to God who has given His angels charge over us.  I have reason to thank the

On Friday evening my daughter,  my grandson and I left home to visit my daughter’s friend who was experiencing a crisis.  It was raining when we left the house, but as we drove, the rain became heavier –it was difficult to see clearly due to the heavy rain but we knew that we needed to go and visit this friend.  We began to pray in tongues, as we intensified our prayers the rain subsided and we arrived at our destination.  We did what we went to do and we left.  As we drove from that place, we were praising and thanking God for His faithfulness.   We got to Kings Cross and we stopped at the lights and a taxi was just behind our car.  My grandson was sleeping on the back seat and suddenly we heard a very loud bang.  I was jostled violently hitting my head on the headrest then suddenly a policeman was asking me if we were alright.   The back of the car was all destroyed but God our God mighty  in power, great in splendour, my grandson who should have been smashed by the car behind was unscratched.  He did not even know why we were asking if he was alright.  We all came out of the car with no injury.  The back of the car is completely destroyed but we are all well.  Praise God

GOD IS NEVER LATE

After my father died 3 years ago – we, the children had problems getting access to his assets in shares, and bonds due to a lot of government red tape.

We had prayed long ahead regarding this as our main desire was to see that our mother lived in maximum comfort for the rest of her days.  After spending so much money on lawyers without success  we were almost giving up – but still continued to pray that God would intervene.  During this month of breaking limitations we went in fighting in prayer every night.  To God be the glory last week – my mum called that a senior advocate of Nigeria got involved without a fee – all assets will be released in two weeks.  Moreover she got a buyer for her house  and purchased another all in a matter of a week.

THE POWER OF PRAYER

On Monday our father in the house, shared with us about the vision he saw someone’s let in casing.

We all prayed not knowing what the enemy had planned against my family.  I found myself very restless that evening but I could not say why I was feeling that way.  I could not stop thanking God Almighty for His goodness.  I had so much joy inside.  I kept anointing myself and praying in tongues.  I also kept on playing Monday’s message without ceasing.  My husband had an accident  last night but to the glory of God it could have been worse but God spared his life and also the other driver no one was hurt.  The other driver none was hurt.  The cars got off lightly.  Father I just want to say Thank you father.

GOD OF RECOVERY

For six months I have been out of employment; wherever I went in search for work nothing was forthcoming.  I have been finding it very difficult even to pay my rent as that has been a major concern for me.   But on the 30th August 2008, I went out to a place and they asked who sent me and I said to them my pastor sent me there.  Behold, I was given the job to start the same day.

It all started when I joined this ministry.

For some reasons unknown to me, I have always had this hunger of knowing God more.  My prayer most of the time is for God to pour out His Holy Spirit upon me that I may be a carrier of His presence.  God did bless me with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit but I need more and more, I saw myself as a structure that is still on the making, a project  that is nearing completion.

I have been having a lot challenges and during this period in question someone gave me keys of an apartment and a set of keys of a jeep.  To the glory of Jesus I was not enticed by those material things bur rather I rejected  those keys and focused on Jesus who never fails.  Because I have rested my case with the one who never fails!.]

RIGHT PLACE RIGHT TIME(RECOVERY CHAPEL)

During the bible school period , during the third week, I felt  so sleepy in the class and I couldn’t feel weakness on my right side (and I could feel weakness on my right side of my body.

The following day I had a very bad headache and very sleepy as well.  I went for check up and the doctor diagnosed that I had a mini – stroke that I should go to Kings College Hospital.  I wanted to fulfil all righteous so I went.  While waiting to be seen, the Holy Spirit asked me what I was doing presently.    “I said bible school”.  He said this is where I should be.  So I picked up my car and drove to the bible school.  Behold the teaching on the day was Holy Spirit and I made perfectly well.

SUPERNATURAL HEALING

I want  to thank God for all that He has done for me.  Firstly I want to thank God for my healing in this church, I was pregnant and I was having multiple fibroids, and also I was going through lots of problems.  The first time I came here I just told pastor about the multiple fibroids and told God the rest of my problems.  To God be the glory after pastor had prayed for me, that same night I dreamt pastor wearing a white garment like a doctor and telling me that he had done the operation and I am healed.  At 36 weeks I was asked to do another scan to show the position of the fibroids, to the glory of God the doctor said they didn’t see anything, multiple fibroids has disappeared in Jesus name.  I thank God for safe delivery, since I joined this commission not even some, but all my problems that I came with to this church have been solved in Jesus name.

Lastly I want to thank God for myself and my children for all what He is doing in our lives.  Also God has added another  year to my age.  The 10th October was my birthday.  I thank God for the life of our papa in the house, Pastor Adebo and, the pastors and members of this blessed solution solving church (Recovery Chapel London) and also for some wonderful men and women of God who have been a blessing to me and to my baby Abigal.

HEALING

I have been sick and had been on medication.  About three days ago the Lord administered an oily substance into me, I woke up hale and hearty, all the pains and weakness I normally have disappeared and I sleep very well now unlike before.

DIVINE HEALING

I would like to thank God for his mercy and kindness.  This affliction began ten years ago during my cycle I usually experience a severe menstrual pain, this always happens on the third day it causes me so much pain that I normalcy find it difficult to sit or stand I could not tell where the pain was from, I went to the GP who described Ibroprofane to me which I had to use every four hours if I missed the hourly medication it caused me a lot of pain up to 10 hours non stop.  I would either be throwing up non stop.  It had become a thing of concern.  Two occasions I had to call the ambulance when I could not bear it.

On Tuesday 18th November 2008, I came to the service after the service we had a workers meeting where the Pastor prayed for the workers.  As he laid his hands on my head he began opt prophesy to everything in my stomach lo and behold the heavens heard him, Wednesday put my faith to tot, I decided not to use the drugs although I had it in my  bag, I did not use any drugs, this would not have been possible if not God.  I thank God because he rescued me from the hands of the devil and affliction.

I thank my Pastor for his prayers.  Praise the name of the Lord.

LOST IN HIS PRESENCE

I had about two weeks off work  in the month of April and I decided to spend it in the presence of God.  Like Pastor said “when you pursue His presence, other things pursue you.”  We had a financial challenge last week Thursday and its deadline was 12:00 pm on Friday; but because of the time I had separated myself to be with Him,  God made a way out before 12.00 pm on Friday.  Praise God.

I was charged £60.00 by my bankers because I was £10.00 overdrawn in my account.  It was an honest mistake which I was not aware of until I went through my account.  I called upon the Holy Spirit for His awesome presence to go with me to the bank on that same Friday, to God be the glory, He granted me favour, and it was cancelled all because of being lost in His presence.

Divine Intervention

Currently I work for an establishment which is fine although at some point I wanted a change of jobs.  Every attempt I made to apply had been hindered by the enemy by bringing doubt and fear in me that I even begun to lack self confidence.

On Sunday 4th November 2007 which was my last Sunday at that establishment I was prompted by the Holy Spirit to approach Pastor after service.  I explained everything to him and we agreed together in prayer.  On that same day I applied for a job on the internet and I got a response immediately by God’s intervention (?).  I was called in for an interview to complete my assessment.

On Monday morning I called in and I was interviewed for almost one hour.  The Holy Spirit spoke through me because I didn’t have ready answers for the questions they were asking me during the interview despite this to the glory of God I have been offered a permanent job for God is here.

Divine Healing

I just want to thank God for divine healing.  Whilst the Pastor was ministering he said there was someone with a knee injury. I came out and I as prayed for and I received my healing.  Secondly somebody was under my supervision in hospital that left to take cocaine and he was on life support.  I thank God he is alright now.

I was in a lot of pain during the service of 6th November 2007 that the Pastor prophesied that someone who h ad excruciating pain had been touched and healed.

Secondly, I prayed that God should reveal himself to me so that I can know who I am in Christ and I prayed for the fire of the Holy Ghost baptism.  As the man of God came to  the pulpit he ministered on the exact prayer and I was grateful to God for divine visitation

The Move of God in my Life in the area of prayerlessness

For the past three years in my life, I have always had this thirst and hunger for God and each time I tried to dedicate myself, satan comes again to steal away that thirst and hunger with trial issues.

On 18th September 2007 it was a Tuesday service , God used a word through his servant Pastor Adebo to break that yoke.  Pastor was preaching that faithful day and he said if you can do something for 21 days continuously it will form a habit.  So I decided to put this practice in the area of my prayerlessness with a view to be able draw nearer to God and to break the yoke of my inability hear him.  I started this exercise the following day on 19th September 2007 at 5am in the morning with God, praying in the  spirit on stop.   Two days after, the heavens opened with regard to money that have been due to me for a long time for the advancement of my career and many other testimonies.  I faithfully completed the exercise on 10th October (which cost me so much) by breaking every hindrances.  From this point I am beginning to experience God in  brand new ways and levels.  I just want to thank God for sending the man of God to our midst and also for using him to help me to achieve my heart’s desire.  Praise God

Divine Intervention

He had a case to answer with his boss in the company where he works; to the glory of the Lord this morning when he called the person concerned who summoned  him for that meeting, the person said there was in fact no need for that meeting to be held any more because he was leaving the company. The case has therefore been nullified.

Divine Favour

The Lord granted her favour with the overweight luggage she was sending to her parents in Nigeria.  The luggage weighed 48 kgs and after prayer the scales stopped functioning well and the luggage had to be re-weighed  and this time the weight came down to 26 kgs.

Secondly she was feeling very strong and she prayed after  which she felt better and was glad to be in service with the children tonight.

After service on Sunday he was on his way to pick up his wife he was confronted by three bull dogs which came from nowhere to attack him but God saved him.  As the dogs came charging at him he commanded them to go back and they obeyed.  He believed in the authority God gave him like unto Adam

Testimony of Thursday 6th December 2007

DIVINE INTERVENTION

On Sunday 2nd December 2007 I was travelling to Europe, when I reached the airport I realised that the check in counter for the flight I was booked on had been closed as I was 15 minutes late.  When I approached the information desk I was told that the next flight would be at 7pm and also that I would have to pay a sum of £200 as the ticket I was holding was a non-transferable type of ticket.  I paid that money and at that moment I remembered that I had just dropped a seed for the Samaritan day at church that morning and also I started to meditate Psalms 41 and started to declare the seven blessings; at that point in time I decided to check the flights on the board once more and I realised that the flight I was supposed to have travelled on was still showing on the board that it had not yet departed.  I rushed to the departure gate of that flight and the air hostess at first refused and told me that I couldn’t go on that flight but to the glory of God something touched her heart and she gave me a boarding pass and allowed me to board that flight and also refunded me the £200 which I had paid to upgrade my ticket.

Divine Escape

The Senior Pastor, through the word of knowledge asked  us to pray against the spirit of death. I prayed earnestly.

My husband left the house to withdraw money from the cash point. With the choice of two cash points he could use, he was undecided which direction to take. He took a few steps back and from nowhere a Jaguar came off the road in full speed heading towards him. He felt a force push him to the side; the jaguar hit the roadside protective rails and missed him narrowly. The driver was asleep whilst on the wheel. God is faithful – he escaped with his life. Praise the Lord.

Whose Report will you believe?

Eight years ago I was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo chemotherapy. I was told I could never have children and this was confirmed by two doctors. To the glory of God I am the proud mother  two children. Dr Jesus is always right.

During the treatment I held on the word of God for my healing. After completing the chemotherapy, I was retested and the doctors confirmed that there was no trace of cancer in my system. The doctor encouraged me to hold firmly to my faith.

Divine Promotion

God is faithful; my manager suddenly announced that he was resigning. He went out of his way to groom me for the position, highly recommending and backing my application as his successor. The job specification was even narrowed down to meet with my qualification as it previously covered a broad spectrum. God is faithful and I am now a manager of a Health Care facility in S.E London.

Cancer Defeated

I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and started chemotherapy. It was during these trying times that I came in contact with someone who directed me to Recovery Chapel. Pastor Adebo prayed for me and that same night I experienced divine visitation. In the dream I saw a successful treatment outcome and all the cancer removed.

I continued with the chemotherapy but this time it was pain free and the complications and difficulties I had experienced before disappeared. I am now on the road to full recovery of my health, to God be the glory.

Weapon of Death, Fails to Prosper

During a Sunday service Pastor Adebo, gave a prophetic word concerning the spirit of death. I prayed against the spirit of death over my life and my family. A few days later, I received news from Harare, Zimbabwe that my father had been involved in a ghastly accident. The car was a complete right off, but to the glory of God he came out unscathed.

To everyone’s astonishment one of my aunts’ confessed that she was behind the incident, that she had used evil spirits to try and destroy my father’s life. She said, he was supposed to have died. To God be the glory.

Delivered From Death

I want to give this testimony to the glory of God. On Saturday evening after visiting my brother and family, my parents were on their way home when they encountered a traffic jam caused by flooding. A group of robbers had strategically been going from car to car taking people’s possessions. When they got to my parents car, they took my dad’s phone and the money on him, they asked my mum to handover some valuables, to which she replied she had already done so (which she had not done). I thank God for sparing my parents lives, my mothers reply could have cost her life, because the robbers had just killed someone in the car behind my parents who had tried to resist. The covenant is indeed at work. They took what money can buy but what money can’t buy, God preserved for us. Praise the Lord!

Thanksgiving

I want to thank the Lord for his mercies over my family. We celebrated our 3 rd wedding anniversary this month.

Secondly I am thanking God for increase, we have a new car.

Finally since I stopped work to raise my children. I started a project as a means of creating other streams of income and since joining this ministry, God has blessed the work of my hands tremendously.

No Loss

A week ago I was expecting some documents, from outside London. Every time I called I was told that it had been dispatched. The man of God in the house said that anything we desire we should speak to the Samaritan offering, and against all satan’s devices. I sowed my seed and glory to God my documents arrived on Friday morning.

Angels in Our Midst

On Sunday the presence of God was awesome in this place, I was sitting in the 3 rd row. I sensed that the angel of the Lord was in our midst, moving up and down the aisles. Then I sensed that the angel was about to pass me, I cried out No! “Today is my day, you will not pass me by, and You will bless me today”. I remembered how Jacob had wrestled with the angel of the Lord to bless him. I continued interceding, all of a sudden, something popped out of me, I saw something expelled out of me, it was like a black substance. I said to myself “Lord you have not finished with me”.

As we prayed, Pastor went on to give a prophetic word of healing, that there was someone in the service who was receiving healing on their left wrist. Many years ago I had been in an accident as a child and for I year I was having persistent wrist pain, I was healed to the Glory of God.

Lastly a pending court case I had in Nigeria, I had victory over it, as Pastor gave a prophetic word that “God has taken care of it”, this was also confirmed by Deacon Femi. At woke up at 4am in praise and thanksgiving and later during the day my family rang from Nigeria to tell me, God had indeed settled the case.

Favour Opens Closed Doors

I applied for a job but the job required someone with experience, I had just recently qualified. I went to see Pastor regarding this matter and he spoke to me “It’s not experience you need but the favour of God” I went for the interview and I did not fair too well that I turned to my husband for encouragement. A month later the same people contacted me and said my references from my mentor had been par excellent and wanted to offer me a job based on my reference. I didn’t respond and she called back and left a message on my answering machine again. She then rang on the Monday and I spoke to her, she informed that everything was ready the uniform, the ID badge etc. I accepted. God can turn situations around.

Secondly I was battling against the spirit of fear in my life and decided to fast for 3 days to settle this issue. Pastor encouraged to come fasted on Thursday too, so I extended by a day, I came to the meeting and God totally delivered me from the fear. Praise the Lord.

Grandson Healed of a Defective Kidney

My eldest daughter applied to start a new training program, apparently someone had witheld her application from being processed despite an early application, but our Divine Father (God) who had completed His work unveiled the hidden, the forms were found and signed. My daughter was enlisted on the program and has started the training, praise the Lord.

Secondly my grandson was born with a defective kidney. He was being monitored regularly by doctors, on his 2nd birthday he was due for an operation, then it came to mind how God had spiritually healed me 10 years ago, when I was due for an operation. I prayed and told God about that instance and my faithful sevice to the Kingdom, I believed in God for my grandson’s healing. Just before the operation he was examined and the doctors were baffled to find nothing wrong with him. I stand today to celebrate his 4th birthday. I encourage you brethren don’t be a pew warmer, serve faithfully in the house of God. Amen

Do Not Withhold The Tithe

I am here to testify about God’s ultimate provision in my life. Last year I was working enjoying life, not really being vigilant as the bible advices us to be. I was not a regular tither, I tithed emotionally. When I came to the UK I had a vision of the kind of salary I would like to earn and wrote it down in my journal. I got a job that paid that salary scale. As you all know the more you earn the greater your tithe amount.

So this year I began to experience counterattacks on every sides, these came after I had made a promise to God that this year I was going to tithe faithfully and serve him faithfully. It got to a point I was now living off my savings and this too ran dry. God became my Jehovah Jireh indeed. Pastor encouraged me to pray a prayer of enquiry and God told me what had gone wrong. The next day I heard from prospective employer regarding a job offer.

Headaches Banished

I had been experiencing debilitating headaches; I was constantly taking medications daily to manage the headache. During service, Pastor gave a prophetic word that someone was being healed from a headache. It was me and I am healed. Praise the Lord.

11 Years Barreness Broken

To God be all the glory, I would like to testify to the goodness of the Lord.

I had been waiting on the Lord for almost 12 years before my prayers were answered regarding the fruit of the womb. For the first few years nothing happened and then I discovered I had fibroids and my GP referred me to the hospital and so in October 2001, the fibroids were removed. After removing the fibroids my husband and I thought that I would become pregnant afterwards but nothing happened. During this period of waiting I tried as much as possible to be a blessing to women I knew who had babies and also prayed with and for other women who were looking unto the Lord the fruit of the womb.

In December 2005, I discovered I was pregnant and was very happy but that was shortlived as I started bleeding and was constantly at the hospital. Unfortunately, I suffered from a miscarriage in February 2006.

The fibroids had re-grown and in early 2008 I was referred again by my GP to the hospital to see what assistance could be rendered with regards to the fibroids and fertility treatment. When I got to the hospital, I was told by the consultant that they would not be able to remove the fibroids again if I wanted children. I was also reminded by the consultant that one of my tubes was blocked – this was something that I had forgotten about and therefore came as a shock. I was also told they would commence fertility treatment, but that because I was over a certain age, I would have to pay for the treatment and also the waiting list was nothing less than two years. I left the hospital feeling very low.

Meanwhile, my mother in the Lord who worships at this church had invited me to church and introduced me to Pastor Adebo who prayed for me and said God would surely answer my prayers and that this time around there would be no loss.

To God be the glory I discovered I was pregnant in July 2008 and told my mother in the Lord who arranged for me to meet with Pastor Adebo who prayed with me and also prayed over anointing oil and communion.

During this pregnancy I started bleeding again and this time around it was worse than the previous pregnancy – but I held on to the word of God that there would be no loss and also continuously anointed myself. I also had dreams where a woman was holding a calabash with blood inside (I had this dream with the previous pregnancy as well), but to God be the glory, with prayers and the anointing I overcame the terrible dreams. I was also told in the hospital that there was a high possibility of my baby having downs syndrome – to this effect I kept on confessing that my baby would be born healthy with no birth defects.

God blessed me and my husband with a beautiful baby girl on mothers’ day – March 22nd. I pray that anyone looking unto God for the fruit of the womb should not give up, God is faithful and He will answer at His appointed time. The waiting period is not always easy and sometimes one may want to give up, but God will always bring the right scripture, person or situation to encourage you.
