Mystery of the Seventh Time (13-02-2011)

My emphasis today is on a mystery that is more often than not, overlooked by Christians.

Please read the following scriptures:

Gen33 vs 3-4; Leviticus 8:10; Leviticus 14:16; 2 Kings 5:1

From these scriptures we can see that something miraculous always occurs after the 7^th time.  The Seventh Time in the case of Jacob and Esau broke a hatred that had lasted for generations.  After Moses anointed the vessels in the tabernacle seven times, Aaron was sanctified as a priest.  Aaron and his sons were nominated into the office but could not operate officially until they were sanctified.

In Kings 5:1-14 -  There are two things I want to point out here:  first is the fact that Naaman was a captain of the host of Syria.  He was used by the king for great things yet, he was a leper.  His maid, who obviously was of no consequence, except for the fact that she was there to tend to their needs, however, had the key to the source of his getting healed.

There are many Christians who God has used to bring about salvation, healing, liberty, comfort etc in the lives of fellow Christians but they themselves are plagued with all manner of negativity.  It could be health-wise, business, circumstances, family etc.

However, I declare to you this day, that God, who has used you for the saving of others, will do mighty things in you and for you henceforth in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

The second thing is that Naaman was commanded to dip himself in the Jordan seven times at the 7^th time, just as Elisha said he came out clean.

Be expectant always as this is your key into the realm of the spirit.

Joshua 6:16 & 20; 1 Kings 18:43-44; 2 Kings 4:35.

What Must I do to enter into the 7^th time Mystery?

· You Must be born again

· Locate the area of your need

· Believe the Prophet 2 Kings 5:14

· Obedience and humility 2 Kings 5:14

· Expect the God of performance to fulfil His Word.

Fire from the Altar

Turning Sound into Substance (06/02/2011)

Today, my teaching is taken from the book of 1 Kings 18:41-46.

In Verse 41 we see that only Elijah heard the sound of abundance of rain.  Many of you have heard sounds i.e. prophesy, dreams, visions from God but there is nothing to prove this in the physical realm.

In this scripture two things happened.

Ahab went to eat and drink

Elijah went to the mountain to pray.

Elijah went to pray because he understood the fact that without taking responsibility that (Prophecy) sound will remain a sound.  When God makes a promise to you it is time to work.

Read John 3:8; If you are born-again it is your heritage to be able to hear Sound (God’s voice).  If you do not take responsibility in anything God reveals to you either by sound or by dreams or visions you have made the promise a waste.

What is Sound?

1.  The Promise of God is sound.

In verse 43 there was no substance only sound. It is your prayer that forms the cloud that will bring the abundance of rain (blessings).

Sometimes what we are requesting from God may take more time for God to do it. Remember He works in His own good time.  In verse 44 we see that a cloud began to appear – Sound becoming substance.

Every abundance or rain comes as a result of abundance of prayer.

The Lord will empower you to pray so that all the promises God has made to you will not remain in the realm of sound.  See Verse 46 we see that when you pray from sound to substance God’s hand comes upon you even more powerfully.  Read Luke 18:1:

Persistence in prayer breaks Satan’s persistence.  Persistent prayer is equal to faith.  It takes a continuing coming to God for what you are looking for to come out.

2.  Visions – Habbakuk2:1-3

Being able to understand visions is another plan of God for your life.

Visions only answer to runners!  You have to start taking steps.

(Read Daniel 10).

3. Dreams –

Things that are Hoped and longed for. A dream will not become a reality until it is pursued. Any dream you do not pursue is drowned.

The Anointing for establishing Dominion and Breakthrough in all areas of Life

For empowerment to multiply, replenish, to have dominion. To maintain a healthy lifestyle and for increased productivity.

For Empowerment for Grace and ability to discern correct times and seasons of every purpose in life.

Jabez’s Anointing:

For borderless living, enlargement of terrestrial and intellectual property   growth and expansion.

Paul’s Anointing: For cutting edge apostolic revelations.

Isaac’s Anointing: For investment strategies.

Samuel’s Anointing: For the sensitivity and obedience to the voice of God.

Cyrus’s Anointing: For financial Acumen.

Esther’s Anointing: For divine favour and kingdom strategies.

Deborah’s Anointing: For balancing career/calling with family life.

Daniel’s Anointing: For governing excellence and integrity.

David’s Anointing:

For empowerment to worship, warfare, to praise, to be kingdom minded.  Victory and standing out among peers and for grace to be a kingdom giver.

Solomon’s Anointing:

For resource management, wealth, success and prosperity

Enoch Anionting:

For grace to walk with God till your last breath and for a scandal free life.

Moses Anointing:

For humility, intercession and leadership skills.

Abraham’s Anointing:

For pioneering new territories, real estate acquisition, inter-generational covenant blessings.

As you call upon these various anointing this year you are destined to conquer, to overcome and to be triumphant in every sphere of life.  See you at the top.
