My Open Heavens

I have had credit rating problems and because of this my bank closed all my accounts.  I had made applications to several banks without success, But I believed God and after hearing the preaching in this month of Open Heavens I was encouraged. I eventually approached a bank and they not only opened a current account for me, they also opened a Savings. Jesus Truly is Lord.

Set Free By the Blood

On Saturday evening I started feeling very ill and did not think that I would be able to come to church, let alone minister in the choir.  But after using the ministration of the Blood of Jesus I am totally set free. I am out of Egypt and in my land of Canaan. Thank you Jesus

The Heavens Opened for Me

In this month of Open Heavens the Lord has truly surprised me.  He gave me a new job and a financial breakthrough. God truly gave me victory and I bless His name.

I injured my leg and I had to work with walking aid. I came to church and the pastor prayed for me, instantly I was healed. I have not used my walking aid again. I thank the Lord Jesus for healing me

Luke 3:21-22

I welcome you to this second half of this year which is our month of open heaven. Elijah, Moses and Jacob experienced open Heaven because God caused the Heaven to open over their life; likewise God is also committed to opening the Heaven over your life.

When the Heavens Opens over your life and God’s glory falls upon you, all that you need to do is to position yourself to receive him and soak yourself completely in His presence. As God opens up the Heaven over your life this month, He will do the impossible in our lives.

WHAT IS AN OPEN HEAVEN?

When Heavens are open, we mean having free access to everything in Heavenly realm, a free flow of God’s abundant grace in our life. When Heaven opens over our life, we mean God will be nearer to you and Heaven’s will be manifested naturally as it is in heaven,

And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God and Jesus answered and said unto him, blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven
And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven:
And whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Matthew 16: 16-19

Apostle Peter had an open Heaven experience whereby he had free access to Heaven to receive a revelation of who Jesus is. The keys to the Kingdom of Heaven have been given to all believers and this is the free access to the Kingdom of Heaven which is the Open Heaven experience.

In Isaiah 64: 1-3,

Oh that thou wouldest rend the heavens, that thou wouldest come down, that the mountains might flow down at thy presence.As when the meltiing fire burneth, the fire causeth the waters to boil, to make thy name known to thine adversaries, that the nations may tremble at thy presence! When thou didst terrible things which we looked not for, thou camest down, the mountains flowed down at thy presence.

Isaiah the prophet prayed for an open heaven and God answered him. God rend (tear down) the heavens over the Life of Isaiah the Prophet and, He had free access ( Revelations, Insights, Inspiration) to Heaven. He experienced open heaven over his life and this caused God’s presence to come down upon his life.

When God’s presence comes down upon your life, the mountains flow at His presence. Every obstacle is turned into miracles. A repeat of the manifestation of

When Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange language; Judah was his sanctuary, and Israel his dominion.  The sea saw it, and fled: Jordan was driven back. The mountains skipped like rams, and the little hills like lambs. What ailed thee, O thou sea, that thou fleddest? Thou Jordan, that thou wastn’t driven back?Ye mountains, that ye skipped like rams; and ye little hills, like lambs?
Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob; which turned the rock into a standing water, the Flint into a fountain of waters.

Psalm 114:1-8

Psalm 114:1—8  over the life of the Children of Israel was what Isaiah the Prophet  wanted to experience in His life, and he prayed for God’s  presence in His Life and God answered him. God’s presence is the answer to all the obstacles of life

When the heaven opens for Jesus in Luke 3: 21-22 being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

Jesus lived under an open heaven and carried it wherever He went. If Jesus could not fulfil his messianic mandate until the heaven open, It means that we cannot fulfil our heavenly mandate without open heaven over our life.

And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Matthew 3:16-17

The moment the heaven opened over Jesus, the power of God came down upon Jesus and begins to function in His life and ministry. This leads to show that for the power of God to function in our life, our heavens must be opened. The power of God is one of the fruits of an open heaven.

Jesus ministered in one of the hardest atmosphere in History, He battled constantly with tough spiritual climate affected by religious spirit and contaminated mind set. He needed an Open Heaven experience to fulfil the divine mandate over His life, Likewise us, we must operate under an open Heaven to fulfil the divine mandate over our life

HOW DID HE OVER COME THIS?

It was the open heaven experience that released the power of God over the life and ministry of Jesus. Without the power of God that comes from an open heaven, we cannot over come demonic hostility against our destinies.

So we need an open heaven experience in this second half of this year to over come all obstacles on our way to a fulfil destiny, just  as Isaiah and Jesus did.

It is time to pursue our open heaven in this second half of the year, so that we can receive the power to fulfil our destiny this  year.

WHAT ARE THE KEYS TO THE OPEN HEAVEN

• Pray for Holy hunger….., Luke 6:21
• Repentance and Obedience….., Matthew 3: 16—17, Deuteronomy 28 :1
• Prayer and Fasting….., 2 Chronicles 7 :14
• Tithe and Offering…., Malachi 3: 10—12

If you pursue these four keys, I am sure we will arrive at our open heaven. May the fruit of Open heaven manifest in your life throughout this second half of the year

THE GOD OF WONDERS

Brethren, I am standing here to give God all the Glory, I had a big challenge at my place of work, which was to cause a big embarrassment to me and will eventually lead to my Job being terminated. I know I am serving a big God. He is a God of recovery who is able to see me through these challenges. I held unto Him and reminded Him of His word to me through the mouth of His servant. To God be the Glory, I received a text message informing me that I need not to worry, that the challenge I was going through was a mistake and that the error has been corrected. Thank you Lord Jesus

JEHOVAH MY HEALER

I was attacked sometime last year on one of my eyes. A piece of metal was used to puncture my eye. I was rushed to the Hospital. It was so bad that I was told that I was going to loose the eye. I was always in constant pain; it was on that period that I met a sister of this church who brought me to church. The Pastor prayed for me and I went home. I had an appointment to under go an operation on the damaged eye in April this year, but to God’s glory, when the doctor examined me again, she asked if I was the same person that was to undergo the operation, I said yes, she called another doctor to examine me also, they were both surprise. I was told that I need not undergo any operation, that the eye is healing already, and that all I need to do is to allow it to heal completely. And now the eye is healed and I can see very clearly with it, all the pains have all disappeared long time ago, it is only Jesus that can do this, and now I have my own place, I have moved out of the hostel where I was attacked. I am returning all the glory back to Jesus.

I am thanking God for His protection, provisions over my life and that of my family throughout all the storms of life we faced to this day, marking 35th year of our marriage. I am also thanking God for the graduation of my daughter from Benson Idahosa University. To God be all the Glory.

THANKING GOD FOR RECOVERY

I am acknowledging the goodness of God over my life. During the 3rd year anniversary, people whose papers were in the Home Office were prayed for  and to God be the glory, my papers which has been in the Home Office since 2005 was released to me the following week and my Indefinite stay was granted to me. I am really returning the glory back to God who used His servants, Bishop Jide  Orire and pastor Adebo Tomomewo to move the Home Office to release my papers to me. To God be the Glory.

OUR GOD, THE DELIVERER

I was having a little challenge over my property sometime last month; my property was at the point of being repossessed. I was asked to appear before the judge on the 30th of June to explain why my house should not be repossessed. I turned to God knowing that only Jehovah can fight this battle for me. I met the servant of God during the 3rd year anniversary, Pastor Adebo Tomomewo and Bishop Jide Orire, who agreed with me in prayer. To God be the Glory, on the 28th of June, I received a mail from the county court informing me that the case against me has been withdrawn and that there was no need for me to appear before it, to explain why my property should not be repossessed. I am returning the glory back to God who stepped in to let me know that He is all I need to have all my need met. Thank you Lord.
